The National Museum of Computing ("TNMOC") has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy and protection of any personal data or information that you share with us. Information We May Collect
You are not required to provide any personal information or login details in order to obtain general access to this site. However, in order to access certain information, services or features contained on this site, we may require you to provide personal information such as your name, email address and delivery address for purchases. We will collect, hold and process certain personal information if you:

  • Register for our newsletter

  • Contact us via the “Contact Us” form

  • Apply to be a trustee

TNMOC is registered in the UK with the ICO (ico.org.uk) as a data controller and the registration reference is ZB510083.

Sharing Your Information
We use third party data processors who  provide certain services for us. We have contracts in place with them. They process your personal information in accordance with our instructions. They will not share your personal information with any organisation apart from us. They will hold it securely and retain it for the period we instruct.

  • Eventbrite for ticketing and events

  • Squarespace for website services

  • Barclays Bank for card payments

  • Stripe for card payments

  • Royal Mail for online order deliveries

  • Hikvision Europe B.V. for CCTV security

We follow the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements for card payments.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. We have one month to respond to you.
